The indi (compact shoulder rig) isn’t listed on the product page yet but a similar offering is available in the indiRailsPro DSLR line. The compact rig folds into itself to fit in a small box and is a beautiful shoulder rig with endless options for configuring it to body size. Having used other shoulder rigs like Cavisions and RedRock’s the little detail I like most about this unit is the small arm with a padded bracket that rests against your chest. Now you have 3 areas of support for smoother handheld shots and less fatigue in the long run. Trust me. Even supporting a lightweight DSLR rig for a whole day on set can put the strain on the back when only your hands and your shoulder take the weight. Call Tim. Hopefully he has more of these in stock, because it is a very sweet little unit that hopefully will be up on his website soon. If not you can’t go wrong with his current shoulder rigs.

I’m looking to get same support rig, so much more affordable than others.
im just wondering if you know the screw adapter you need to mount a Zoom H4n onto the rig?

Not sure duncan. The top bracket that functions as a handle would be the perfect place to mount a zoom audio recorder. It has holes already in it so it should be super easy.
This may be a great value *if* you can actually receive your order. My order with indiSYSTEM had to be contested with my credit card company due to a COMPLETE LACK of response from the company. Voicemail not returned. E-mail not responded to. Contact form submissions ignored.
Others I have talked with have said it takes forever to get your order and trying to contact the company is nearly impossible.
It’s really a shame but I would encourage anyone considering purchasing anything from indiSYSTEM to think twice!
Tim was a one man shop trying to cope with his growing company, but he recently hired multiple full time employees to answer phones and emails and put to rest the communication issues he was having due to lack of time. Everything should be all good over there now.
