Salt Lake update from the airport
NicolasHere is a quick little update as I sit in the airport in Salt Lake City, Utah. The awards party for the Salt Lake Shootout went down last night and I walked away with $1k and 1st place in the ‘city lifestyle’ category. The winning shot was an image of young gun ripper (only 16 years old) Leo Ahrens. Leo was super keen on getting some lifestyles and I am stoked we found the stadium because as soon as we went in, i knew the shot would be rad. In addition, I got 2nd and 3rd in a number of categories (mountain lifestyle, big mountain, powder). It was a great contest and I have a lot of cool shots to get off to the mags.
A big thanks to Adam Barker for running this and to all the athletes I worked with during the week.
